Blocked downpipes in Bath

Start with the gutter outlet
Debris can collect where the gutter feeds into the downpipe. We check the top of the outlet and remove accessible obstructions. If the blockage can be cleared without dismantling the downpipe, there is no additional downpipe charge on a standard gutter clear.
When the downpipe needs to come apart
Some blockages require a standard uPVC downpipe to be removed, unblocked and refitted. This is additional work, agreed with you before it starts. Unusual materials, awkward access or work outside the standard scope need an individual quote.

Tell us where the overflow occurs and whether you have noticed a loose joint or an obstruction. Include the property postcode, number of storeys and photographs taken safely from ground level. Mention extensions, conservatories, restricted side access and locked gates.
Clear scope, no assumptions
A downpipe check is not an underground drainage survey. If the problem appears to extend beyond accessible guttering and downpipes, we explain what we can see and what lies outside the agreed work. We do not assume a gutter clear will resolve an unrelated drainage problem.
